What is your premium fibre crochet?
Our fibre crochet hair is crafted from a premium synthetic fibre developed by ReTressed. Designed to closely replicate the look and feel of human hair, it offers a luxurious, natural finish while providing the versatility of heat styling up to 230°C. With proper care and maintenance, it can last 4–8 weeks, making it a durable and elevated alternative to traditional synthetic fibres.

How long is shipping?
We have two shipping options: Standard and Express. Your shipping options are presented during checkout and on the 'shipping' tab on the product page. The shipping duration depends on where in the world you are based.
How do I track my order?
When you ordered, you would have received an email containing your tracking information. Please remember to check your spam/junk mail if it's not in your main inbox. To check where your order is, click on your tracking number. Please feel free to contact your country's courier (i.e USPS) quoting your tracking number for more specific information.
Can your crochet hair be washed?
Yes, wash with a diluted shampoo and lightly condition with a water based conditioner. Ensure you are keeping the hair detangled.
How do I maintain my hair?

Can I swim with this hair?
Sure! Just ensure you lightly cleanse and detangle your hair after your swim.
Why does my packaging have a different brand name?
We have recently rebranded from Trendy Tresses to ReTressed. As part of this transition, the rollout will be gradual, meaning some existing packaging, labels, and branded materials may still display our previous name while we update our inventory. Rest assured, you are receiving the correct (improved) products, now under our new brand, ReTressed.
Where are you located?/Where is my order shipped from?
ReTressed is a UK-founded, hair extensions brand, now headquartered in Dubai. We are not a salon. We have dedicated in house stylists who style our extensions on models so you can learn how to install and style our extensions.
Our products are designed and developed by our team and manufactured to our specifications by our trusted manufacturing partners. Depending on the product, orders are fulfilled from either our UK or USA warehouse or our dedicated 3PL facility in China.
We are not a dropshipping service. Our products are developed specifically for ReTressed and form part of our own collections. We work closely with our manufacturing and fulfilment partners to ensure our products meet our standards before reaching you.
As some orders are shipped internationally, your tracking information may show multiple stages of transit and will allow you to follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery. Rest assured, your order wlll be delivered within the stated time frame.
